About SAVE’s Youth Services Project
- The Youth Services Project (YSP) is SAVE’s proactive and bold approach towards strengthening every individual and family we serve with the knowledge and support needed to break the cycle of intimate partner violence and build healthier lives.
- YSP empowers young people through inclusive education, support, and resources.
- Our approach is youth-centric, strength based, and trauma informed. We take a bold approach by challenging adultism and use our adult privilege to connect youth to vital resources.
- We engage youth in teen dating violence prevention and education, advocate for healthy relationships and healthy communities, allow youth to heal from trauma, and engage youth in interconnected forms of social justice with their leadership.
- YSP also provides interventions services for youth seeking support.
- YSP has served over 35 schools in the Bay Area
